I ordered the watch after checking out the specs and photos on the site, and it showed up pretty much exactly like they said it would. The size was right, the colour looked the same... just no weird surprises or anything, which I really appreciated.

"Wish I’d Been Less Worried About the Warranty Repair"
My Earnshaw watch started having an issue after a few months, and I was kind of dreading the whole warranty process. Turns out I probably stressed over it for nothing. I sent it in, they kept me updated well enough over email, and it was fixed faster than I expected. It came back working fine, so in hindsight I wish I hadn’t put off contacting them. Happy with how it all went.

"Great deal, and I’d probably buy again"
I grabbed my watch while they were running a discount, and it ended up being cheaper than I expected. "Not really sure about this brand"
I checked out thomas-earnshaw.com and something just felt a little off to me. The watches do look nice, I’ll give them that, but I couldn’t find enough clear info that made me feel like they was really worth the price. Some of the reviews and the whole brand story felt kinda too pushed, like they were trying too hard. In the end I just didn’t feel like I could trust it much

I ordered a watch and they kept me updated with clear shipping emails the whole time. Ordered a watch from thomas-earnshaw.com and it was a painless experience. The site was easy to move around, the photos loaded properly, and checkout didn’t throw any annoying surprises at me, which I appreciated.

"Reminds Me of Finally Finding the Right Fit"
I put this strap on and had one of those little flashbacks to all the uncomfortable ones I’ve dealt with before. This one fits my wrist really nicely and feels comfy all day. No rubbing, no weird tight spots, and I barely notice it’s there, which is exactly what I was hoping for
